YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Professional and individual care and nursing of our residents (m/f/d) in accordance with current nursing standards
• Implementation of our care and support concept and, in this context, empathetic care and support of the residents (m/f/d) in their everyday lives
• Participation in quality development in nursing and care
• Cooperation with relatives, external service providers, doctors (m/f/d), authorities, adult representatives (m/f/d) and schools
• Implementation of the nursing approach of biography work

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training and valid registration in the healthcare professional register as a senior healthcare and nursing professional
• High degree of empathy and enjoyment in dealing with older people
• Personality with strong team spirit, collegial behavior, good manners
• Strong awareness of responsibility, quality and diligence in care and nursing
• Willingness to develop personally and professionally and a high degree of reliability

The actual salary always depends on training, qualifications and professional experience. In any case, there is a willingness to overpay - this will be discussed in detail in a personal interview!
