For our location at Helios Klinikum Krefeld, we are looking for a full-time OR Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Equalization of the two existing OR managers
• Management and organization of a large OR team consisting of approx. 120 employees
• Ensuring correctly completed OR documentation
• Best possible nursing care for our patients through quality controls
• Optimization of work processes

• Completed nursing or OTA training with relevant professional experience

• Completed further training in middle management or willingness to complete this with employer funding
• Organizational talent with diplomatic skills
• Ability to work in a team, commitment, motivation
• Empathy and a sense of responsibility in dealing with patients and employees
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An additional non-smoking day off and a traditional day (Rose Monday)
