Ihre Aufgabe
- Einrichtung und Umrüstung von Extrusionsanlagen sowie den dazugehörenden Peripheriegeräten anhand vorgegebener Parameter
- Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses in Bezug auf Qualität und Quantität
- Versorgung der Maschinen mit Rohstoffen
- Dokumentation mittels modernem Scanner- und AGV System
- Meldung von Störungen und anfallenden Reparaturen an den direkten Vorgesetzten
- Mitwirkung bei der Reinigung, Wartung und Instandhaltung der Produktionsanlagen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststofftechnik, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar)
- Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise von Extrusionsanlagen
- Gute MS-Office- und SAP Kenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen
- Beherrschen der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Saubere und effiziente Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit mit wechselnden Einsatzzeiten und im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtsystem
- Gut ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie hohes Maß an Engagement
