As of 01.10.2025 we are looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) for the reception at the Titisee-Neustadt location in 30% part-time.

• You will work in a shift model from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and / or 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Reception of patients, relatives and visitors
• You act as the first point of contact for our clinic
• You communicate with the employees of all professional groups in our clinic
• Willingness to help our patients with questions and problems
• You operate the switchboard, forward calls and answer questions
• Administrative matters such as sorting the in-house mail, managing the cash box, etc.

• Completed commercial training

  Good IT skills

  Well-groomed appearance and good manners

  Willingness to work shifts (early/late, weekends and public holidays)

  Confident in speaking and writing German
