Receptionist/Night porter (m/f/d)

part-time.

• Reception of patients, relatives and visitors
• Competent contact and interface for general questions
• Operation of the telephone system
• General office duties
• Supporting the patient reception outside

• Completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector, proof of IHK certificate of competence according to § 34a trade regulations

• Professional experience in the reception area, as well as experience in security services are desirable
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• A strong communicator, service-oriented and flexible personality
• Willingness to work shifts (nights, weekends and public holidays)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
