We are looking for a part-time Infopoint / Receptionist (m/f/d) at our Wipperfürth site as of 01.11.2025.

• First point of contact for patients, visitors and employees
• Operation of the switchboard and general provision of information
• Cash register management using SAP
• Mail processing and parcel processing (internal/external)
• Archiving patient files using AVP
• Distribution of patient meal trolleys to the wards in the evening
• Varied reception activities

• Ideally experience in reception/central reception/secretarial work as well as knowledge of SAP and the common applications of the MS Office package
• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and a pleasant appearance
• Commitment and reliability
• Organizational skills, flexibility and team spirit
• Willingness to work in shifts and at weekends
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
