EHS Manager (m/w/d) limited to 18 months

As EHS Manager, you will support Fresenius Kabi sites globally in implementing and improving Environmental, Energy, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. You will drive global standards, ensure ISO compliance, and promote a strong culture of environmental protection and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Support global sites in implementing and maintaining ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 management systems
• Advise on the planning, execution, and maintenance of environmental and occupational management systems
• Conduct internal EHS audits worldwide and prepare GAP analyses
• Investigate environmental incidents and recommend preventive measures
• Develop and monitor global KPIs and environmental goals
• Collaborate on risk assessments for occupational health, safety and environmental protection
• Create and deliver global training programs in environmental protection and energy management
• Support the development and implementation of global EHS strategies

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably Environmental Sciences or related area
• First practical experience as an EHS Manager, ideally in an international environment
• Strong expertise in ISO 14001 management system
• Experience conducting internal EHS audits and preparing GAP analyses
• Proven ability to develop and implement global project plans and management tools
• Skilled in creating and delivering global training programs
• Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English; additional languages, particularly German, are a plus
