Senior Manager LkSG Compliance (Human Rights Function) (m/f/d)

full-time at the Bad Homburg site.

The Human Rights Function at Helios Health is responsible for the coordination, implementation and further development of human rights due diligence at Helios. It supports and advises the responsible functions of the Helios Germany and Quirónsalud divisions in the design and implementation of the measures

• You report to the Head of Corporate Governance at Helios Health and support them in setting up and further developing human rights due diligence
• You design and develop core processes in the area of human rights due diligence
• You coordinate, manage and support those responsible at Helios Germany and Quirónsalud in the implementation and specific human rights issues
• You design and conduct business model-specific risk analyses for the core human rights risks and derive appropriate measures
• You review and design internal company guidelines and develop target group-oriented communication and training measures
• You implement and monitor measures to monitor core human rights processes and use the findings to derive initiatives
• You report on the status, further development and maturity of the Human Rights Program to the Fresenius Group Human Rights Office and Helios Health internally and to relevant departments at Helios Germany and Quirónsalud
• You have the desire and leadership skills to further develop the Human Rights organization

• You have a university degree in business administration or law, preferably with a focus on human rights and/or sustainability
• You already have several years of experience in the field of human rights or sustainability in healthcare companies or an auditing/consulting firm
• You have a strong understanding of human rights, environment, governance and the development of risk-based processes and measures
• You work independently, manage your own deadlines and solve challenges on your own initiative
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure
• You are willing to travel to develop topics on site with colleagues in Germany and Spain
• You are confident in speaking and writing English, if you speak Spanish, this is an advantage
