Ihre Hauptaufgaben
Unterstützung bei pharmakologisch-toxikologischer Risikobewertung von Substanzen und Produkten:
- Berechnung von regulatorisch relevanten Grenzwerten (z.B. Permissible Daily Exposure (PDE) oder Occupational Exposure Limit (OEL) Grenzwerte) für Excipients, Extractables, Leachables, Impurities und Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) für Pharmazeutika und Medical Devices
- Erstellung und Review von toxikologischen Gutachten und Risikobewertungen für interne Zwecke und für Behörden
- Mitarbeit an pharmakologisch-toxikologischen und regulatorischen Zulassungsdokumenten (z.B. Briefing Book, CTD) und Beantwortung von Behördenanfragen
- Mitarbeit am pharmakologisch-toxikologischen Teil der Prüfarztinformation, bei nicht-klinischen Fragenstellungen in Anträgen zur Genehmigung klinischer Studien sowie Dokumentationen für Behörden
- Erstellung der Präsentationsunterlagen und Teilnahme an Meetings mit internationalen Zulassungsbehörden
Mitarbeit bei Planung, Organisation, Durchführung, sowie Bewertung und Präsentation von regulatorisch relevanten präklinischen (pharmakologischen, pharmakokinetischen und toxikologischen) Studien gemäß GLP, OECD, ICH und anderer anzuwendender Richtlinien
- Konzeption von pharmakologischen und toxikologischen Untersuchungen im Rahmen der Projektplanung
- Selektion der Auftragsfirmen (CROs) und Begleitung von Audits
- Kostenplanung und Budgetierung
- Studienmonitoring
- Review der präklinischen Protokolle und Abschlussberichte
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Veterinärmedizin, Chemie, Biochemie, Biologie, Lebensmittelchemie oder anderer verwandter Naturwissenschaften
- Eine Promotion ist Voraussetzung
- Sie sind passioniert für die Toxikologie und bringen eine hohe Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung in diesem Bereich mit, z.B. Diplomate of American Board of Toxicologist, European Registered Toxicologist, Postgradualstudium Toxikologie und Umweltschutz
