Your assignments

• SAP Role Management: Design, implement, and maintain SAP roles to ensure optimal security and compliance, regularly review and update roles to adapt to changing business needs and regulatory requirements.

• SAP User Administration: Manage user accounts, conduct regular audits, provide training and support to ensure adherence to security policies and maintain system integrity.

• GRC Application Support (AC, PC, etc.): Offer expert support for SAP GRC applications, monitor and troubleshoot them to ensure smooth operation and compliance, and develop enhancements based on user feedback and evolving requirements.

• Audit and Key Report Testing Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of audits by ensuring SAP security measures are in place, test key reports for accuracy and compliance, and provide detailed documentation and support during audit processes.

• Daily Support & Project Support: Provide daily operational support for SAP security and authorization issues, participate in project teams to offer expertise on SAP security and GRC requirements, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets with effective communication with users.

• Assumption of SAP User Administration Activities to Ensure Compliance: Take responsibility for SAP user administration tasks to guarantee compliance with relevant specifications and guidelines. Implement and enforce security policies to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.

• Improvements of SAP Role and User Administration Processes in SAP GRC: Identify opportunities for process improvements in SAP role and user administration, develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance in SAP GRC, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, business informatics, or a related field. Alternatively, a comparable level of proficiency demonstrated through substantial work experience in this domain.

• In-depth knowledge of all SAP GRC modules, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application.

• Extensive experience in SAP authorization, user, and role administration, with a proven track record of managing complex security frameworks.

• Expertise in using authorization tools such as XITING, enhancing efficiency and compliance in security management.

• Skilled in conducting IT year-end audits and key report testing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to audit standards.

• A dedicated team player and proactive thinker, recognized for quick comprehension, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in German is an added advantage.
