For our starter program in the Helios Region South, we are looking for you as a Junior Personnel Officer (m/f/d) based in Erfurt as soon as possible.

Our starter program is limited to 2 years with the option of early employment.

• You will work actively according to your level of knowledge and get to know our processes from the ground up
• You will be involved in day-to-day operations and receive specialist training for your future tasks
• Option of practical assignments in clinic-specific areas
• You take on projects independently
• Participation in various seminars at company level and thus also the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with other program participants

• Successfully completed commercial training or a corresponding degree
• You have a strong passion for the topic of human resources and have some practical experience in human resources management
• You have a talent for organization and are used to working independently and in a structured manner
• Enjoy personal contact with various stakeholders
• Experienced with MS Office (especially Excel, Word), ideally also with the LOGA software from P&I
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
