Case Manager for Pediatric Surgery (m/f/d)

For our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for a Case Manager for Pediatric Surgery (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• They are the central coordination point between medical services, nursing, patients/parents, internal departments and external partners
• Responsibility for inpatient admission planning, taking into account surgical capacities and urgencies
• Expert advice and support for parents on administrative and organisational issues relating to inpatient hospital stays
• Coordination and organization of the patient flow in the inpatient area
• Participation in the management of patient-related documents
• Flexible cooperation on special topics within the clinic

• Completed training as a medical assistant or nurse
• We require an interest in interdisciplinary cooperation in a team working according to the latest quality standards and the willingness to work independently
• Patient devotion and helpfulness
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, service orientation and strong communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to the collective agreement as well as a company pension scheme
• Reliable duty scheduling with fixed working hours on weekdays (Mon.-Fri.), without on-call or shift work
