We are looking for you to join our HR team at Helios Kliniken GmbH as soon as possible as

HR Expert Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d) - full-time

Play an active role in shaping the future of compensation and benefits: You will develop modern compensation programs, drive innovative HR strategies and accompany the digital transformation of our clinics - either on site in Berlin or at one of our other nationwide clinic locations.

• You will develop, implement and administer general compensation and benefits policies as well as recognition and reward systems for the entire organization - in line with Helios and Fresenius' corporate strategy and business objectives
• Lead the development, design, alignment and implementation of concepts such as toolboxes or a benefits portfolio
• You manage the salary benchmarking process and are responsible for maintaining tools and technologies for meaningful reporting.
• You will develop classifications for job evaluations, including job classifications, and implement the methodology according to recognized standards (e.g. Mercer)
• You will take responsibility for projects in the Compensation & Benefits area, work closely with HR teams and specialist departments and actively drive digital transformation

• You have sound professional experience, ideally also in the healthcare industry, and comprehensive knowledge of compensation processes, salary benchmarking and job evaluation
• You know how jobs are evaluated and classified using methods such as Mercer
• You plan, manage and successfully implement projects.
• You operate confidently in dynamic environments and develop practicable solutions
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• You have proof of your measles immunization
