Are you creative, digitally savvy and want to actively participate in attracting the best talent to Helios? In our central team for personnel recruitment and development, you will implement innovative recruiting and personnel marketing ideas, strengthen our employer brand and design recruiting processes in a future-oriented manner.

As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Expert (m/f/d) full-time, based in Berlin, headquarters Helios Kliniken GmbH

• You will support central recruiting in recruiting trainees, juniors and executives
• You will create and optimize job advertisements and ensure an attractive presentation of open positions
• You will develop personnel marketing and employer branding measures to strengthen our employer brand
• You will provide strategic advice on central job marketing, framework contract partners and new recruiting platforms and accompany their implementation
• You will support the maintenance and further development of the applicant management system
• You evaluate key figures and derive optimization opportunities for recruiting

• You have experience in recruiting and personnel marketing – ideally in the healthcare sector
• You work confidently with applicant tracking systems and digital tools
• You are communicative, service-oriented and competently support colleagues and clinics in all recruiting questions
• You think strategically, organize yourself well and act with initiative
• You can expect a diverse range of tasks with creative freedom and short decision-making processes
