For our clinic in Berlin-Buch we are looking for a Deputy Head of Department ZOP (m/f/d) as of 01.04.2025 .

• Support and representation of the department management
• Assume responsibility for the entire OR area in the absence of the department head
• Ensuring smooth OR operations in close cooperation with the OR control group
• Personnel responsibility, organization and deployment planning of the entire nursing and functional service in the central OR
• Ensuring quality under professional, legal and economic aspects
• Presenting the entire ZOP internally and externally and contributing to the implementation of corporate goals

• Management experience and several years of professional experience in the ZOP
• Completed training in healthcare and nursing, including completed specialist further training
• A motivating and solution-oriented management style as well as organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication skills and an economic mindset
• Knowledge of management, process optimization and quality management
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
