For our clinic at the Berlin-Buch site , we are looking for a Head of OR Department (m/f/d) as of 01.04.2025 .

• Ensuring smooth OR operations in close cooperation with the OR control group
• Personnel responsibility, organization and resource planning of the entire nursing and functional service in the central OR
• Ensuring quality under professional, legal and economic aspects
• Supporting employees in the further development of their specialist skills, developing and optimizing work processes, ensuring the practical instruction of our trainees and working in project groups
• Presenting the entire ZOP internally and externally and contributing to the implementation of corporate goals
• Organizing and conducting team meetings; training employees

• Management experience and several years of professional experience in ZOP
• Completed training in healthcare and nursing, including completed specialist further training
• A motivating and solution-oriented management style as well as organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication skills and an economic mindset
• Knowledge of management, process optimization and quality management
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
