Social worker (m/f/d)

We are looking for a 50% part-time, permanent social worker (m/f/d) for our social services from 01.02.2026.

• Psychosocial counseling with a social focus for those affected and relatives, including crisis intervention
• Coordination tasks between all those involved in the treatment process inside and outside the clinic
• Cooperation with all professional groups within the clinic, responsible authorities, agencies, institutions and facilities in the health and social sector
• Documentation of all socio-medical/legal processes

• You have a degree in social work from a university of applied sciences or a similar qualification
• You have knowledge of the provisions of the German Social Code and are constantly updating your knowledge
• Your skills in patient-oriented communication and psychosocial diagnostics are also very well developed
• In addition to your professional qualifications, your profile is rounded off by strong social skills, excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
