As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a social worker/pedagogue (m/f/d) for acute psychiatry.

• Individual psychosocial counselling and support for mentally ill patients and their relatives
• Sociotherapeutic individual and group work, which requires a specific methodological set of instruments
• Determination of the need for help, taking into account the potential for self-help
• Application and coordination of post-inpatient measures/care
• Clarification of social law claims using relevant legal bases
• Cooperation and networking with the various municipal and national institutions, service providers, self-help groups and associations
• Enjoyment and interest in goal-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups involved in the treatment

• A successfully completed degree in social work
• Sound knowledge of clinical social work in hospitals as well as comprehensive knowledge of the theory and practice of psychosocial counselling and social therapeutic interventions, prevention and rehabilitation
• In-depth knowledge of the structures of the social and health care system, including legal foundations
• Knowledge of treatment and care processes in and outside the hospital
• Very good skills for cross-professional cooperation in partnership
• Independent, efficient and goal-oriented way of working
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
