For the social services of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinics Wiesbaden, we are looking for you as a full-time and part-time employee as

Social Worker (m/f/d)

• Psychosocial and socio-legal counselling and treatment of our patients, including with regard to the housing situation, the economic/financial situation, rehabilitation and aftercare and prevention
• Participation in therapy planning: Planning and coordination of further help after the hospital stay
• Administrative tasks, collection of a social anamnesis, implementation of case documentation, application according to SGB II, SGB V, SGB IX and SGB XII
• Implementation of socio-pedagogical and socio-therapeutic group work
• Cooperation and collaboration with providers of the community psychiatric network system

• Completed university of applied sciences degree in the field of social pedagogy/social work or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in clinical psychiatric social work desirable
• Knowledge of service providers and existing networks in the region desirable
• Sound knowledge of social work and social law
• Willingness to undergo further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
