We are looking for you as a social worker/educator (m/f/d) for the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy at the earliest possible date.

• Individual psychosocial counseling and support for mentally ill patients and their relatives
• Sociotherapeutic individual and group work, which requires specific methodological tools (e.g. implementation of social skills training)
• Clarification of social law claims using relevant legal principles
• Cooperation and networking with various municipal and supra-regional institutions, service providers, self-help groups and associations
• Enjoyment of and interest in goal-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups involved in treatment

• A successfully completed degree in social work
• Sound knowledge of clinical social work in hospitals as well as comprehensive knowledge of the theory and practice of psychosocial counseling and social therapeutic interventions, prevention and rehabilitation
• In-depth knowledge of the structures of the social and healthcare system, including legal foundations
• Knowledge of treatment and care processes in and outside the clinic
• Independent, efficient and goal-oriented way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
