CAFM Administrator / Data Manager / Application Specialist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Braunschweig, we are looking for a full-time, permanent CAFM Administrator / Data Manager / Application Specialist (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

• Analysis and preparation of databases and systematic preparation of mass data
• Entry and preparation of master data and documents in the CAFM system
• Collaboration with various departments to determine data requirements
• Ensuring data quality and data integrity
• Creating reports and evaluations to support decision-making and central processes
• Application and process documentation
• Supporting users with simple application questions and their administration

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification and/or professional experience as a system administrator or in application support (m/f/d)
• Routine in the support and administration of IT systems or applications desired
• Knowledge of common IT or database infrastructure technologies as well as facility management processes and standards desired
• Sound experience in office management (MS Office) and CAFM systems, especially with HSD Nova, would be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience of typical FM regulations and GEFMA principles desirable
• High motivation and commitment, dedication, responsible and reliable behavior, good comprehension skills and assertiveness
• Strong service, customer and team orientation
