Your tasks:

• Analysis and preparation of databases and systematic processing of mass maintenance data
• Recording and processing master data and documents in the CAFM system
• Participation in the establishment and further development of the clinic's CAFM system
• Support in setting up the clinic's digitization processes
• Management and implementation of CAFM sub-projects
• Application and process documentation
• Supporting users with simple application questions and their administration

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification and/or professional experience as a system administrator or in application support
• Experience in the support and administration of IT systems or applications is desirable
• Knowledge of common IT or database infrastructure technologies as well as facility management processes and standards desirable
• Sound experience in office management (MS Office) and CAFM systems, in particular with HSD Nova, would be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience of typical FM regulations and GEFMA principles desirable
• High motivation and commitment, dedication, responsible and reliable behavior, good comprehension skills and assertiveness
• Strong service, customer and team orientation
