• Implementation of professional, activating care for the patients entrusted to you
• Cooperation with all professional groups involved in the treatment process of the respective patients
• Carrying out all relevant documentation and organizing the deployment of staff
• Planning, organizing and implementing work processes in compliance with operational guidelines
• Creating work schedules and vacation plans in line with working hours and in a transparent manner, as well as training and instructing new employees in the area of responsibility
• Promoting individual employees according to their capabilities (further and advanced training)
• Ensuring a cost-conscious use of material resources

• Completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Completed further training as a ward manager or the willingness to complete this as well as completed specialist further training in the field of emergency care
• Ideally professional experience as a team leader
• Organizational and communication skills
• Confident interaction with patients and their relatives
• Good IT skills
• Flexibility, resilience and an independent way of working
• Economic thinking and action as well as commitment and creativity
• The legally required proof of immunization against measles
