Team Lead / Senior functional controller IT ( m/f/d)

full-time, based in Berlin or at one of our clinic locations.

• You will significantly support the establishment and further development of central functional controlling, with a focus on the IT function
• You will lead and design the budgeting and forecasting process in close cooperation with the IT function and align financial planning with the company's long-term strategic goals
• You monitor and control IT costs and performance using key figures (e.g. IT operating costs, license costs), analyse deviations, identify the need for action and coordinate corrective measures with the IT function. You ensure that financial targets are met and that the work of the IT function achieves measurable business benefits and impact
• Drive high-quality financial reporting for the IT function and provide strategic insights to support informed, data-driven decisions at all levels of the organization
• You will contribute to the digital transformation and drive process improvements in IT Controlling by identifying standardization and automation potentials and implementing them together with the Data & Insights team
• You will act as the centralpoint of contact for IT Controlling topics within Functional Controlling at headquarters and ensure clear, consistent and effective communication with senior and top management

• University degree in business administration, computer science, health economics or a comparable course of study with a focus on controlling/finance.
• Comprehensive expertise in IT controlling, ideally acquired in complex, multi-unit corporate structures. Knowledge of financial consolidation and group accounting is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel Power Query, VBA etc.) and BI tools with a practical, hands-on approach to system-based data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights and clear, strategic recommendations. High level of initiative and willingness to take responsibility and an eye for optimization potential - always looking for improvements, increased efficiency and sustainable added value.
• Proven IT business and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, challenge the IT function and create a results-oriented, supportive work environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organization - in German and English.
