Senior Controller Revenue Assurance (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a Senior Controller Revenue Assurance (m/f/d) for the Eastern Regionas soon as possible in a full-time or part-time position.

• You will act as a contact person for hospital management, chief physicians and specialist departments for general evaluations of the ICD, OPS and DRG systems and analyze current performance trends
• You are involved in the preparation of benchmark analyses and revenue simulations
• You identify revenue risks and derive measures to ensure profitability
• You will be involved in the further development of key figures, reports and control instruments and in group-wide projects in nationwide medical controlling

• Completed studies in medical controlling, health economics, data/business analytics and several years of experience in the hospital environment, ideally in medical controlling/billing desirable
• Strong understanding of data quality, key figure logic and visual best practices; enjoy presenting complex issues clearly
• Project and change competence: structured, assertive, service and implementation-oriented; confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of Power BI (DAX/Power Query), SQL and ETL processes, confident with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) and hospital information systems
• You are characterized by a friendly, communicative manner, have a high degree of reliability, resilience and flexibility and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
