We are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

Deputy Head of Outpatient Care (m/f/d)

for our Helios Hanseklinikum in Stralsund.

• Deputy head of the outpatient clinics
• Administration of outpatient clinics and coordination of patients and staff to optimize treatment processes and supervision of consultation hours
• Link between medical service, functional service and nursing staff with regard to patient care and process organization
• Implementation and evaluation of procedures and standards as well as the implementation of new processes to optimize the unit
• Cooperation with all interdisciplinary departments

• Successful professional qualification as a medical assistant (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Willingness to acquire additional further training as a manager in a timely manner or management experience desirable
• Strong communication skills and a high level of social competence
• An independent, careful and reliable way of working
• Experience in outpatient care
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
