We are looking for you at the earliest possible date on a full-time or part-time basis as

Deputy Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)

• Together with the management, you will shape HR work at the Pforzheim site
• You will independently take on projects relating to HR - you will scrutinize operational processes, communicate with managers and prepare the results independently
• You are the central point of contact for issues relating to the employment relationship and always have an overview of everything from staff joining to staff leaving
• Supporting and advising managers, in particular on topics relating to personnel planning, personnel management and employment law
• Ensuring the proper administrative implementation of personnel measures and interface with payroll accounting - this includes maintaining personnel master data, checking groupings, working with the works council, drafting contracts, maternity/parental leave and communicating with social insurance providers
• You will support personnel controlling and scrutinize the figures

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources/healthcare, a law degree or comparable training
• Sound professional experience in personnel management - ideally in a hospital environment
• Experience in project managementgood knowledge of MS Office applications as well as personnel management and time management systems (ideally LOGA & ASES) (you are familiar with working with collective agreements, the Works Constitution Act and cooperation with employee representatives)
• Professional, assertive demeanor and strong communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
