For our Pforzheim/Karlsruhe cluster, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time HR Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date

• Management and organization of the HR department in Pforzheim and Karlsruhe
• Design and implementation of all operational HR topics, such as personnel planning, recruitment and development, recruiting, personnel marketing, payroll accounting and labor law
• Cooperation with HR controlling (monthly reporting, business planning, annual financial statements)
• Process optimization through planning and control of workflows and optimization of structures
• Advising management and specialist departments on all HR, employment and collective bargaining law issues
• Development and implementation of strategies for recruiting specialists and sustainable employee retention

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources/healthcare, a law degree or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience as a manager in human resources, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Very good knowledge of collective bargaining, collective labor and social security law
• Excellent communication skills, negotiating skills and very good analytical skills
• Committed, entrepreneurial personality with a strong focus on implementation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
