For our clinic in Bonn, we are looking for a practice supervisor / nursing specialist (m/f/d) for various wards at the earliest possible date.

• Pursue the learning objectives of the trainees in combination with the learning offer of the work area individually tailored to the trainees, plan and carry out the instruction
• Nursing responsibility in the care of our patients in an interdisciplinary team
• Developing and working on care standards and in-house guidelines/checklists
• Practical instruction for new employees, recognition participants, trainees and team members
• Participation and implementation in the creation of learning tasks and co-design of practical teaching topics
• Close cooperation with in-house training center/nursing school
• Planning and carrying out practical instruction in the skills lab
• Demo room

• Completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed further training as a practical guide (m/f/d) and experience in this activity
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
