MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the specialist area of internal medicine / general practitioner care

• You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will be involved in the coordination and management of all patient-related activities for the daily practice routine
• This includes assisting doctors and attending consultations as well as supporting the preparation of examinations and treatments
• In addition, administrative activities such as documenting treatment procedures, recording services or changing patient status are part of your range of tasks
• You will also assist with the billing of services rendered (EBM / GOÄ)

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector, especially in billing according to EBM and GOÄ - career starters are also welcome
• You are committed, have a high sense of responsibility and bring yourself and your talents to our team with an open mind
• A sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients is a matter of course for you
• You enjoy continuously expanding your specialist knowledge
• Genuine team spirit, a cooperative attitude and reliability round off your profile
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
