To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Bad Kissingen, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) for various specialist areas

full-time or part-time

• You are the contact person at the registration desk and coordinate the practice process including appointment allocation and telephone service
• You look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• You will assist with examinations and treatments and, depending on the area of application, with department-specific activities, such as laboratory activities, wound care or support with functional diagnostics (e.g. ECG or RR measurement in the field of internal medicine)
• You will support us with administrative tasks in the MVZ, such as the electronic documentation and management of patient data or patient status changes
• You will also be involved in the recording and billing of services (health insurance and private medical billing)

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or a similar qualification - but career changers and trainees are also welcome to join us
• A sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients is a matter of course for you
• You work in a service-oriented manner and impress with your friendliness and professionalism
• Flexibility and reliability are qualities that we find in you
• You are characterized by a team-oriented way of working and effective cooperation with various professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
