Commercial employee (m/f/d) construction controlling

To expand our team at the Saarlouis site, we are looking for a full-time and permanent commercial employee (m/f/d) in construction controlling with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

• Commercial support in construction controlling, in particular checking and managing invoices, cost monitoring and budget control
• Organization and management of office processes and support of project management in administrative tasks
• Preparation of reports, analyses and evaluations as part of construction controlling
• Communicating with internal and external project participants, suppliers and service providers
• Maintaining and managing contracts, documentation and filing systems
• Coordinating appointments, taking minutes and general office organization

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in construction, controlling or finance
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and ideally experience with ERP systems
• Structured, independent and conscientious way of working
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team and reliability
