We are looking for a Deputy Ward Manager General Surgery (m/f/d) for our clinic in Bad Saarow with immediate effect .

• Support of the ward manager: Representation in case of absence and operational relief
• Deputy nursing management: Professional development and motivation of the private ward team
• Organizational management: Control and optimization of efficient ward processes
• Staff deployment planning: resource-oriented and needs-based duty planning
• Quality of care: Ensuring up-to-date, professional and appropriate care
• Nursing practice: carrying out basic and treatment care to a high professional standard

• Qualification: Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Management skills: Further training as a ward manager or experience in a managerial position desirable
• Personal strengths: Ability to work in a team, social skills, leadership skills and high reliability
• Professional expertise: Participation in the development of new care concepts and optimization of processes
• Cooperation: Willingness for constructive and interdisciplinary teamwork
• Proof of health: Proof of existing measles protection in accordance with the Infection Protection Act

The Helios Klinikum Bad Saarow is a hospital providing qualified standard care and, with 629 beds, is one of the largest and most modern clinics in the region. 19 specialist departments, three institutes, a central emergency room, a central laboratory and various certified centers provide a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art diagnostics and innovative therapies.

The Clinic for Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care Medicine and Pain Therapy and the Central Emergency Department/Rescue Medicine are structured according to the four pillars of the specialist field (AINS). The Intensive Care Medicine department consists of two interdisciplinary intensive care units with a total of 42 beds including a weaning unit. We are the Brandenburg ECMO center (vv and va-ECMO incl. pick-up service) and participate as a productive and successful study center in SepNet. Palliative care concepts are an integral part of our care. Both intensive care units are operated in shifts with an interdisciplinary medical presence under intensive care anesthesiology management.
