Marketing Services & Sales Support, 100% (m/f/d)

What you do

• Contact person in day-to-day business: You are the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will process inquiries, research the necessary information and forward it in a targeted manner.
• Supporting the sales team: You send sales documents, samples and advertising and brochure material to the sales force and customers.
• Efficient organization & communication: By carefully managing the filing, pending and CRM systems, you maintain an overview and guarantee a smooth flow of information.
• Customer service & Infopoint: You are in direct contact with customers, manage the InfoLine and InfoMail and answer all inquiries competently.
• Advertising & Marketing: Together with Product Management, you will design advertising materials and monitor stocks of printed matter and advertising material.
• Analysis & Reporting: You create special analyses and sales evaluations in SAP and CRM to provide important data for business development.
• Projects & Events: You will support the planning and implementation of cross-divisional projects, such as congresses and sales & marketing meetings, and create presentations and certificates for training courses.

What you bring with you

• You have completed commercial or equivalent training and have professional experience in the support and sales environment
• You have a strong organizational and communicative personality
• Your independent and structured way of working enables you to implement your creative ideas effectively in your daily tasks
• You have extensive knowledge of SAP and CRM tools and are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and a pronounced service orientation
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, InDesign, web applications, SAP) as well as fluent German, very good French and good English skills round off your profile
