Join our Service Desk team at Helios IT Service GmbH in the South region with immediate effect as a

IT support employee (m/f/d)

• You will support the medical staff and employees with all IT questions and problems in their day-to-day work - by telephone or remotely.
• You will answer calls, emails and tickets
• You create operating and installation documents to ensure transparent and traceable documentation of the IT systems
• You will work closely with the central and local IT teams.
• You will be involved in IT projects and support the technical implementation of new solutions in the clinical environment
• You take part in the on-call duty

• You have completed training in the IT sector or have a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, you have a lateral entry and ideally have experience in IT support, preferably in a medical or clinical environment
• You are confident in dealing with users in a service-oriented manner
• You have strong problem-solving skills, a structured way of working and team spirit
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
