For our location in Wuppertal we are looking for a full-time, permanent Team Leader (m/f/d) for Electrical Engineering.

Your tasks:

• Technical management and coordination of the electrical engineering team
• Organization, monitoring and cooperation in maintenance, servicing and
• testing measures on electrotechnical systems
• Supervision and professional development of your team
• Ensuring and complying with legal requirements, technical standards and safety regulations
• Digital documentation of all measures in modern maintenance and CAFM systems
• Participation in technical projects, conversions and extensions
• Assuming the role of responsible electrician (vEFK) after structured training

What you bring with you:

• Completed further training as an electrical engineer or master craftsman in electrical engineering
• Professional experience in the maintenance and organization of electrotechnical systems, ideally in the hospital or building technology sector desirable
• Basic knowledge of communications engineering and I&C systems or an interest in familiarizing yourself with these areas
• Experience in technical personnel management is an advantage
• Confident handling of digital documentation systems
• You have sound experience in dealing with CAFM systems and have a clear understanding of the importance of legally compliant, complete and comprehensible technical documentation
• A sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Class B driving license
