We are looking for you as Team Leader (m/f/d) for our cardiac catheterization laboratory at the Gotha site at the earliest possible date.

• Professional assistance and documentation of cardiac catheter examinations
• Preparation and follow-up of these procedures (e.g. patient care, preparation of examination materials)
• Communication, coordination and cooperation with other clinical departments for optimal individual patient care
• Responsibility for administrative management tasks (e.g. duty scheduling, materials management)
• Driving forward further developments in structures, processes and in the team in line with the company and clinic goals

• Completed training as a nurse (f/m/d) or comparable training
• Professional experience in the cardiac catheterization laboratory or in another functional area, ideally with initial management experience
• You have a high degree of empathy in dealing with patients and colleagues
• You have a talent for organization and are highly committed to actively initiating and implementing change
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
