Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a Team Leader Geriatrics (m/f/d), full/part-time, permanent, to start as soon as possible.

• A responsible and varied job
• Implementation and development of a specialist geriatrics department
• The work and management of a multi-professional team in cooperation with the ward manager of B2
• Initiating and developing quality assurance measures in the department
• Monitoring the implementation of legal regulations
• Working closely with the B2 ward manager and the B2/B3 department manager

• A nursing specialist with professional and life experience (m/f/d)
• Completed further training to manage a nursing unit and further training in the field of geriatrics or the willingness to acquire this in the very near future
• Sensitivity and high resilience in dealing with employees, as well as good knowledge of communication, counseling and guidance
• The ability to reflect on and manage professional requirements and develop a professional self-image
• A balanced, motivating and appreciative leadership style, assertiveness and knowledge of personnel management/coordination
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
