At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as Deputy Head of the Central Secretariat / Elective Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic in Oberhausen.

• The deputy management position includes, among other things, the management of the central secretariat / outpatient clinic with the aim of organizing work processes efficiently, systematically and purposefully

• Designing the duty roster and all administrative activities as part of the deputy management position
• Promoting individual employees in accordance with their respective opportunities (further and advanced training)
• Implementation of professional treatment, care and support for the patients entrusted to you
• Active participation in the further development and implementation of the department's internal organizational structures

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)

• Several years of professional experience
• Initial management experience would be desirable
• Experience in handling several, different consultation hours / specialist departments (interdisciplinary work)
• Pre-inpatient admission
• Accompaniment of preoperative consultation hours
• Organizational talent

• Close cooperation with the medical teams to optimize work processes
• If suitable, there is the option of taking over the management function in the future
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
