Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

• You will work together interdisciplinary in our multi-professional team at eye level
• You will independently control the processes and implement expert standards and care concepts of the department You will be responsible for personnel management as well as the professional and economic organization of the department - You will be a role model in the professional care of patients
• You will provide practical guidance for trainees, young professionals and participants in advanced specialist training in your department

• State recognition as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) and further training as a ward manager or the willingness to complete this, initial management experience is an advantage
• Passion for the profession; you are creative, enthusiastic and full of ideas Independent and structured way of working, as well as empathy and high communication skills in dealing with employees, patients and relatives High degree of responsibility and social competence as well as the willingness for further education and training Legally required proof of immunization against measles
