As soon as possible, we are looking for a full-time and part-time position in the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat Medicine at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden as

Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

• Holistic care and support for patients with ENT diseases, even during complex procedures and serious diagnoses
• Professional care and monitoring of tracheostomy patients: cannula replacement, secretion management, support in speaking, observation of complications
• Chemo monitoring: Early detection and treatment of shortness of breath, bleeding or other complications after complex procedures
• Assistance with medical measures, e.g. dressing changes, endoscopic examinations, minor surgical procedures
• Documentation of all nursing measures and changes in the patient's condition for complete traceability of care
• Participation in the psychosocial support of patients and relatives, e.g. in dealing with hearing or speech impairments.

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Experience or further training in ENT care, especially in tracheostomy care desirable
• High social skills, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Ability to act empathetically and professionally, even in stressful situations
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• State-of-the-art technical and digital equipment in a new building (electronic patient record, state-of-the-art examination techniques and therapy procedures)
• Structured induction, focus on treatment care and patient counseling
• Support staff (ward secretaries, module caregivers, KPH)
• Remuneration according to pay group P8 TVÖD-K (VKA) with assumption of the development stages, supplementary pension fund, deferred compensation, VL benefits
• The Helios PlusCard: A supplementary insurance financed by Helios with, among other things, treatment by a doctor of choice in the event of a hospital stay in one of our acute care clinics
