We are looking for the next possible date for a
Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)
full-time, temporary for parental leave, limited until 30.06.2026 at the latest.
You will be responsible for the independent and operational design of future-oriented personnel management as well as the implementation of new and the optimization of existing concepts
You will advise the clinic management and executives on HR and labor law issues
You will support the constructive cooperation between the hospital management and the works council
You will lead the HR department team and work closely with the regional HR manager
You will support and work in the day-to-day business of the department
You have a degree or comparable training with several years of management experience in operational HR management, ideally in the healthcare sector and have experience in working with employee representatives
You have a high level of expertise in collective bargaining and labor law
You show great commitment, a hands-on mentality and a high degree of personal flexibility
You are an open and communicative person with a high level of social skills
A high level of social competence, economic thinking and acting, argumentation skills, negotiation skills and cross-departmental organizational understanding round off your profile
You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
