For our gynecological-cytological laboratory at Helios MVZ Pathologie Erfurt GmbH, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date and preferably full-time as

Secretarial / Administrative Assistant / Office Manager (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the acceptance of test material in the cytology input laboratory

• You will be responsible for the documentation and maintenance of patient data in the in-house laboratory information system
• In addition, you will correspond independently with senders and other stakeholders and be responsible for mail processing (e.g. sending findings)
• In addition to providing support in other administrative areas, you will also be responsible for archiving the processed preparations

• You have completed commercial training, ideally in the field of office management, training in healthcare (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have already gained (initial) experience as a secretary / office manager (m/f/d), ideally in the healthcare sector
• You have digital skills and feel confident in dealing with IT-supported documentation tools
• You will impress us with your organizational skills and commitment right from the start
• You also have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
