We are looking for you to join our Helios Clinic in Siegburg as Head of Cardiology and Surgery (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Take over the management tasks in consideration of the company goals
• Support of the ward management
• Design and development of the work and process organization under professional and economic aspects
• Implementation and evaluation of the nursing concept, quality objectives and expert standards
• Constructive and innovative promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Staff deployment planning and staff development in collaboration with the ward manager
• Ensuring the induction of new employees, including participation in mandatory training courses
• Motivating and goal-oriented employee management

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing
• Several years of professional experience
• Willingness to take responsibility, assertiveness and organizational skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and across professional groups
• Good ability to motivate employees
• Open-mindedness towards change processes and strong innovative skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to TVöD-K
