In our private clinic at the Emil von Behring Clinic in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for a

Nursing area manager (m/f/d)

• Professional, organizational and personnel management of the private/elective care ward including staff management, resource planning and personnel development
• Further development of employees through targeted support, coaching and annual appraisals
• Contemporary leadership skills and interprofessional team leadership in a private clinic setting
• Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical and therapeutic teams
• Active participation in quality development measures and ongoing implementation of current nursing science standards
• Managing and ensuring patient-oriented, high-quality care as well as empathetic support and advice for our patients and their relatives

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), preferably a degree in nursing management or further training for managers in healthcare facilities or the willingness to complete such training
• Leadership qualities with a willingness to take responsibility, ideally already experience in leading nursing teams
• Flexibility and assertiveness, strong communication and teamwork skills in a multi-professional setting
• Enjoy actively shaping and implementing innovative change processes with an eye for process optimization
• Organizational strength, decisiveness and a solution-oriented attitude
• legally required proof of immunization against measles
