We are looking for you as

Deputy Head of Traumatology/Orthopaedics/Surgery (m/f/d)

for our Helios Hanseklinikum in Stralsund as soon as possible.

• You will represent the division management and support the division management in leading the team, including regular feedback meetings and employee motivation
• You will coordinate personnel deployment, personnel requirements planning, duty roster and applicant management for the field of traumatology/orthopaedics/surgery
• They monitor the needs and orders of working materials, as well as control of equipment and technical equipment, organize orders for materials/medicines.
• You will be responsible for cross-ward control, support, control and evaluation of control processes
• You will support team development, further education and training planning and other management topics
• They ensure patient-centered care and quality in dealing with patients

• Successfully completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience, preferably also as deputy manager or specialist training to become a division manager, willingness to acquire it otherwise
• Willingness to complete a nursing management degree (B.Sc.) after 2 years of probation
• High degree of professional and social competence as well as strong organizational skills
• Open-mindedness to new nursing findings and developments
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
