We are looking for you to join our Helios Parkklinikum in Leipzig as a full-time / part-time Senior Physician for Shoulder Surgery at the Orthopaedic Traumatology Center (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• You will assume medical responsibility as a senior physician in the field of shoulder surgery
• You will promote cross-professional and cooperative collaboration with all departments of the clinic and external partners with the focus on the best possible patient care
• You will provide needs-oriented care for our patients in the Trauma Department, preferably with shoulder diseases and injuries,
• You will carry out regular rounds and be responsible for complex treatments in your specialized area of responsibility.
• You will be responsible for advising and training residents, specialists and ward physicians
• You will develop and implement innovative, evidence-based treatment concepts to continuously improve patient care and promote modern therapeutic approaches

• You have completed specialist training in orthopaedics and trauma surgery
• You have demonstrable, extensive surgical experience in the shoulder area, including the performance of complex procedures
• You are proficient in the necessary diagnostic techniques and treatment principles of the specialist field and are characterized by an open-minded personality and a highly developed sense of responsibility
• You live a cooperative collaboration with all specialist departments
