For our Helios Clinic Bad Saarow, we are looking for a Head of Nursing Service Surgery (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

The position can be filled both full-time (38.5 hours/week) and part-time

• The fields of activity are the following departments: General Surgery, Traumatology and Orthopaedics, ENT, Vascular Surgery, Gynaecology and Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine as well as Elective Services
• Responsibility for the defined area in cooperation with the ward managers and the nursing director
• Implementation of the concept for personnel scheduling and absence management
• Co-responsibility for personnel development and further development of the nursing organization
• Shared responsibility for compliance with and implementation of the company's internal management guidelines
• Constructive cooperation with those responsible in hospital management

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Several years of management experience in a management position
• High level of innovation, ability to work in a team and strong commitment
• Cooperative, goal-oriented management style as well as professional competence in the implementation of new care concepts and optimization of process flows
• Willingness to engage in constructive interdisciplinary cooperation
• Proof of existing measles protection in accordance with the legal requirements
