Central Practice Instructor (m/f/d)

• You will be fully released from work for the practical instruction and will be responsible for it
• You will advise and support our trainees
• You will plan the practical training of our trainees and carry out practical individual and small group instruction
• You plan and conduct assessment interviews with the trainees and are involved in the selection process
• You manage the cooperation with the nursing school and the cooperating facilities
• Family-friendly working hours without night shifts and weekends (Monday - Friday)

• Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) and the qualification as a practical guide
• You work in a structured manner, are very well organized and pedagogically strong
• You can coordinate the interests of practice partners and the training center
• You are communicative and up to date with the latest professional standards in nursing care
