We are looking for you to support our team at the Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund as soon as possible as a

Practice Instructor (m/f/d)

• Implementation of the training concept on site and guidance of trainees by promoting results-oriented and high-quality training of our future specialists
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the legal requirements of generalist training and
• Professional training and guidance of the other practical instructors in the facility
• Performing the tasks of a nursing specialist
• Developing, promoting and ensuring compliance with cooperation agreements and maintaining regular contact with schools
• Participation in marketing measures to attract new trainees

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care and further training as a practice supervisor (m/f/d)
• Sound professional experience and knowledge in the healthcare sector and the ability to adapt to changing conditions in everyday clinical practice and to develop flexible teaching approaches
• Enjoy working with our trainees and have the ability to impart knowledge effectively and adapt teaching methods to the individual learning needs of the trainees
• Empathy and a sense of responsibility and motivation as well as the ability to objectively assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
