We are looking for you to support our team at the Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund as soon as possible as

Practical instructor (m/f/d)

• You will be the contact person for the trainees and accompany and support them in their individual development in a targeted manner
• You will be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of the practical training plan in consultation with the training centre
• They prepare the trainees for practical examination situations and take part in the examination implementation and evaluation
• They document all instruction and quality assurance measures in a structured manner and adapt the training content to current standards and legal innovations
• You will work interprofessionally with the teachers, cooperation partners and practice locations
• You will be involved in various projects and working groups, e.g. for the further development of the school's internal curriculum and the pedagogical-technical concept, as well as participation in marketing measures to attract new trainees

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care and further training as a practice instructor (m/f/d) as well as proof of the annual refresher training
• Sound professional experience and knowledge in the healthcare sector and the ability to adapt to changing conditions in everyday clinical life and to develop flexible teaching approaches
• Enjoyment of working with our trainees and ability to impart knowledge effectively and adapt teaching methods to the individual learning needs of the trainees
• Empathy and a sense of responsibility and motivational skills as well as the ability to objectively assess the performance of trainees and give constructive feedback
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
