We are looking for you to support our team at the Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund as soon as possible as a

Practice Instructor (m/f/d)

• You are the contact person for the trainees and accompany and support them specifically in their individual development
• You will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing the practical training plan in consultation with the training center
• You prepare the trainees for practical examination situations and take part in the execution and assessment of the examination
• You document all instruction and quality assurance measures in a structured manner and adapt the training content to current standards and legal changes
• You work interprofessionally with teaching staff, cooperation partners and practice locations
• You will be involved in various projects and working groups, e.g. for the further development of the school's internal curriculum and the pedagogical and technical concept, as well as participating in marketing measures to attract new trainees

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care and further training as a practice supervisor (m/f/d) as well as proof of annual refresher training
• Sound professional experience and knowledge in the healthcare sector and the ability to adapt to changing conditions in everyday clinical practice and to develop flexible teaching approaches
• Enjoy working with our trainees and be able to impart knowledge effectively and adapt teaching methods to the individual learning needs of the trainees
• Empathy and a sense of responsibility and motivation as well as the ability to objectively assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
